From India to the US
Where My Art Is Reaching
24th May 2025Where My Art Is Reaching
24th May 2025Hey creative souls,
Last week, due to some circumstances, I was quite busy and couldn’t make time to write a blog post. But as I promised myself, I wouldn’t break the streak—so here I am, writing this!
Life can sometimes get unexpectedly hectic. Between managing projects, personal commitments, and trying to keep up with everything, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s exactly what happened last week. I didn’t want to rush and throw out content just for the sake of keeping up. Instead, I took a little step back to breathe, reflect, and check in with myself and my work.
During this pause, I took some time to look closely at my website’s analytics, which was actually quite eye-opening. From January until today, here’s the breakdown of visitors to my site:
109 visitors from India
73 visitors from the United States
3 visitors from Canada
1 visitor from the UK
I have to admit, I found this pretty surprising—and also a little funny. On my personal Instagram, where I share updates and interact with friends, about 90% of my followers are from India, mostly my close circle of friends. But it turns out, most of my website traffic is coming from the US. That gap made me pause for a moment. Where are these visitors coming from? How are they finding me? I don’t have the answers yet, but it’s fascinating to see how the internet connects people in unexpected ways.
I also found it a little bittersweet. I had imagined most of my audience would be my fellow Indian creatives, my peers, and people who share a similar cultural background. But seeing this spread of visitors from different parts of the world makes me realize that art and creativity really do cross borders. It’s a reminder that even when things feel local or personal, they can also resonate globally. And honestly, that’s pretty cool.
Despite the busy days and all the juggling, I’m motivated more than ever. I’m working on new projects, brainstorming fresh ideas, and planning content that I hope will be more engaging and exciting for you all. I want to share the journey—both the successes and the struggles—with you. Because creativity isn’t just about finished art or pretty pictures; it’s about the process, the growth, and sometimes the confusion.
So, thank you so much for being part of this adventure. Whether you’re reading from India, the US, Canada, the UK, or anywhere else in the world, your support means a lot to me. I’m grateful to have such a diverse group of creative souls following along.
If you’re here reading this, I’d love to hear from you! Feel free to fill out the feedback form (https://www.shadearty.com/feedback) whenever you get a chance. It really helps me know who’s reading and what you enjoy, so I can make the content even better for you.
I’m looking forward to sharing more soon. Stay tuned for something new and exciting that’s in the works!
That’s all for today—until next time, keep creating!
